The conference objectives are to:

  • Present current, evidence-based recommendations for cost-effective management of important clinical conditions seen in the primary care setting
  • Provide information that is practical, skill-oriented, and realistic given the real-world life of a busy clinician
  • Present the material in an engaging, lively, interactive, and when appropriate, “hands-on” manner
  • Provide handouts that can be used for a practical reference and review by busy clinicians
  • Discuss indications for appropriate specialty consultations in the management of these selected common conditions
