The Kaiser Permanente National CME Program designates this educational activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians may report credit only for the time of actual participation in the educational activity.

To our nurses and nurse practitioners CME Certification
This educational activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ by the Kaiser Permanente National CME Program, an ACCME accredited provider. Nurses may report up to 20 contact hours toward the continuing education requirements for license renewal by their state Board of Registered Nurses.
