The Kaiser Permanente Primary Care Conference 2007 extends a warm welcome.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
On-site registration will be available after March 23, 2007. We regret that we are unable to guarantee a course syllabus. An additional $50 fee will be charged for on-site registrations. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted for on-site registration. A 5% service charge will apply for on-site credit card payments.

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN
For all Kaiser Permanente Clinicians: Please bring your official Kaiser Permanente ID badge.

For non-Permanente: Please bring a photo ID and a conference badge will be issued to you.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via fax or e-mail.
  • $50 cancellation fee if notice is received before March 9, 2007. Refund process can take 3-4 weeks.
  • No refunds if notice is received after March 9, 2007.
