Attendees of past Conferences have included primary care clinicians and specialists. Teachers of this conference evaluate the content of their lecture through needs assessments, and prepare educational objectives that provide practical "take home points" that can immediately be implemented in your day-to-day practice.

We encourage all PCC participants to mix and match your sessions and presentations to suit your professional needs.

The conference objectives are to:

Present current, evidence-based recommendations for cost-effective management of important clinical conditions seen in the primary care setting

Provide information that is practical, skill-oriented, and realistic given the real-world life of a busy clinician

Present the material in an engaging, lively, interactive, and when appropriate, “hands-on” manner

Provide handouts that can be used for a practical reference and review by busy clinicians

Discuss indications for appropriate specialty consultations in the management of these selected common conditions
