This year’s conference is 100% sold out.

If we are able to confirm your registration, a 5 night minimum stay at the Royal Kona Resort is required.
Cancellations do occur and we will contact you if space becomes available.
Due to space considerations and anticipated increased response, this year’s conference is limited in availability.
We strongly urge you to register early!

- Conference syllabus (on-line only) and materials
- Morning and afternoon beverage service
