YOUR REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
The clinician’s registration fee covers attendance to all lectures; breakfasts, breaks and the Wine Tasting reception and exhibits.

Guest registration fee includes breakfasts and the Wine Tasting reception. No admittance to educational sessions or breaks.

Registering for the Napa Primary Care Conference gives permission to list registrant’s name in conference materials as well as sending notification emails to attendees about satellite events that may take place during the dates of the conference.  Attendance at the meeting gives permission to use photos* taken at the conference on the conference website and in promotional materials.

*Faces will not be visible in any photos of attendees unless permission to show faces is requested and received.

 

*Residents in Training must provide proof of Residency from their Director. Please send the form to CMX Travel via fax or e-mail.  

Course Refund Policy

  • All cancellations, regardless of reason, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee
  • A $100 administrative fee will be refunded if written notification is received before September 30, 2018
  • We regret that we are unable to honor refunds after September 30, 2018

You may e-mail or fax your cancelation notice to CMX Travel & Meetings. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
