The 2010 Ironman Sports Medicine Conference extends a warm welcome. We are pleased to offer this 5-day course at these extremely affordable rates.

| Daily Registration |
Due to the limited conference space, we are unable to confirm daily registrants until September 1, 2010. If you wish to register for one or two days only, please email us and we will contact you on September 1 to determine if we have space available. Send your email to cmxtravel@cmxtravel.com

The conference has been sold out the last two years and we do not expect to be able to accommodate daily registrants. |

** Residents in Training/Fellows must provide a letter from your Program Director verifying your residency status.
COURSE REFUND POLICY
- All cancelations must be submitted in writing either via post, fax or e-mail.
- Refund process can take 3-4 weeks.
- A full refund, less a $50 fee applies for all cancelations received prior to June 1, 2010. After this date, all fees are nonrefundable.
- The administrative fee is nonrefundable.
- Changes to your registration are subject to a $25 change fee.
