Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors must register their representatives. Please contact Joe Federl at CMX Travel.
Exhibitor Setup
- 6' table for poster or table top display for the entire conference
- Breakfast & refreshments during morning sessions
- Refreshments during afternoon sessions
- Conference program & related material (available online)
The Exhibit Hall will be in the Alii Surf Ballroom foyer area and is outdoors under a covered portico. Tables will be assigned in advance and marked accordingly in the exhibit area. Displays and materials are not secured in the evening so we suggest that you remove or store your materials each day. Joe Federl can assist you with this.

Although the exhibit hall is open throughout the day, please note that traffic will be light while attendees are in session. We do encourage exhibit staff to be readily available, particularly, the hour before sessions begin in the morning, during lunch, and at AM/PM breaks.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may apply for the following and are the responsibility of the exhibitor:
- Storage of boxes or displays at the hotel
- Transport of displays to the conference room
- Special electrical or internet access
- Any other special requests for audio/visual
Electrical power, AV and internet
If you would like to request access to power, AV or the internet at your exhibit table, please contact Joe Federl. Exhibitors will be responsible for charges related to their individual displays.
