Exhibit Setup - Friday, 1/22/2010
Exhibit hall setup will begin at 9:00 am in the Monarch Ballroom 2 & 3. Tables will be assigned onsite and labeled accordingly. We ask that all exhibits be set no later than 11:30 am when attendees will begin check-in and the exhibit hall will open.

Upon arrival at the hotel, contact the receiving department to have your boxes delivered to the Monarch Ballroom. Storage and handling charges may apply so please be sure to coordinate payment directly with the hotel using the attached form. We recommend that you keep a record of all tracking numbers with you. The hotel staff will be able to better assist you in finding your boxes with accurate tracking numbers/information.

Check-In / Registration - Friday, 1/22/2010
Registration & check-in for all attendees will open at 11:30 am in the Monarch Ballroom Promenade located at the property's conference/ballroom space. You will receive your name badge and syllabus material when you check-in (exhibitors can pickup badges after 11:30 am & once the registration desk is set and exhibitor badges are available.) Please wear your BADGE at all times as entrance into the sessions and related events is limited to conference participants only.

Welcome Reception - Friday, 1/22/2010
The Welcome Reception will be from 5:30-7:00 pm- location to be determined. All conference participants and corporate sponsors are invited to attend. Appetizers & refreshments will be served. We hope you can join us!

Lunch Meeting - Saturday, 1/23/2010
A lunch presentation will be held from from 12:00 noon - 1:30 pm in the Exhibit Hall. A hosted lunch will be served and is open to two (2) exhibitor reps per company. Seating is limited, so if you would like to attend, please register on-line. Requests for entrees based on special dietary needs are, also, available upon request.

Exhibit Hall / Break Times / Food & Beverage
Continental Breakfast will be served on Saturday and Sunday. Light snacks and refreshments will be served during the breaks.

Meals for Guests
Attendee guests are encouraged to visit the excellent dining options on the St Regis property and in the surrounding area. Visit St. Regis Monarch Beach for more details. As a CME accredited program, food & beverage ordered for this conference is for the conference participants/sponsors only.

Attire
Dress is business/California casual. Please dress accordingly as the internal temperature in hotel venues tend to fluctuate throughout the day and from room to room.

Although the exhibit hall is open throughout the day, please note that traffic will be light while attendees are in session. We do encourage exhibit staff to be readily available, particularly, the hour before sessions begin in the morning, during lunch, and at AM/PM breaks.

You are welcome to leave displays and materials overnight as the meeting rooms will be secured. If you would like certain equipment to be secured during off-hours, please let the conference staff know upon arrival and a storage room will be assigned.

Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for the following and are the responsibility of the exhibitor:

  1. Storage of boxes or displays at the hotel
  2. Transport of displays to the conference room
  3. Special electrical or internet access
  4. Any other special requests for audio/visual

Shipping Instructions
Shipments should be sent to arrive no more than 3 days prior to setup date. At the end of the conference, arrangements should be made to ship items no more than 3 days after teardown date. Storage charges will be applied to shipments held more than 3 days.
