Kaiser Permanente National Orthopaedic Conference extends a warm welcome. We are pleased to offer this three-day course at these extremely affordable rates.
Your registration fee includes:
- Continental breakfast with AM sessions
- Refreshment breaks
- Saturday lunch
- Friday night welcome reception
- A conference program and electronic copies of the syllabus material
Syllabus material will be distributed electronically 1 week before the conference.
Attendees are encouraged to download the information to their laptops or print out preferred handouts and bring the material to the conference.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
An additional $50 fee is assessed for on-site registration which is available after January 10, 2010. Credit cards will be accepted for on-site registration (5.0% service charge will be applied).
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN
Please bring your REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION which will be mailed or emailed to you upon receipt of your payment. Check in for registration begins at 11:00AM at the St. Regis Monarch Resort Ballroom.
COURSE REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via post, fax or e-mail.
Refund process can take 3-4 weeks.
