RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservations will be made by individual attendees/sponsors by calling 1-800-722-1543 and referring to Kaiser Permanente National Orthopedic Conference honoring Dale M. Daniel, MD. All reservations need to be made by the cut-off date of 12/20/2009 12:00:00 AM. All space is subject to availability.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. These deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received at least (30) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. Balance is due at check out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A one (1) night deposit plus tax cancel fee is assessed for all cancellations after initial deposit.
CHANGE POLICY
Changes to your arrival or departure date MAY be subject to a $50.00 change fee.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of (1) night’s accommodation will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Resort at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
CUT-OFF DATE
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is 12/20/2009 12:00:00 AM
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 12:00pm (noon)
