Tips for Viewing & Printing Material in Advance
All material has been converted to pdf files. When viewing individual files on your computer, it will appear as a slide presentation, one page at a time, or you can choose to view multiple slides per page.

If you prefer to print a hard copy of the file(s) to bring with you to the conference, you can print multiple slides PER page as follows:

  • From top menu, click File
  • Click on Print
  • Click on Page Scaling drop down menu and choose "Multiple Pages per Sheet"
  • Choose number of pages per sheet or customize
  • Click OK to print

Please consider this printing format. Some presentations have over 30 slides and printing 4 - 6 slides per page will significantly decrease the number of pages to print.

Tips for Viewing Material Onsite/During Sessions
If you plan on viewing the material from your laptop during the sessions, we highly recommend that you download selected files, or the zip files, directly to a flash drive or to your laptop prior to coming to the conference. Internet will not be available in the meeting rooms so access to the APCC website/link will not be available unless you have a personal mobile wireless connection.
