All exhibitors must register for the conference so we may prepare for your arrival.
There is no fee to register your company representatives.
Your registration online will ensure that all exhibit reps will have a program and name badge onsite. Please be sure to register EACH individual rep and include their email address so that updates on conference logistics can be sent accordingly.
Exhibitors may attend any session, however, we ask that any identifiers as an external exhibitor be removed before entering the session, i.e. name badge, logo'd items, etc...
If you would like to participate and claim credit for any of the sessions, you will be required to, also, registers as an attendee of the conference and pay the registration fee (daily rates available). Please go to registration site to pay online.
Exhibitor Setup
Each exhibitor is entitled to:
- 6' table for poster or table top display for the entire conference
- Breakfast & refreshments during morning sessions
- Conference program & related material (available online)
The Exhibit Hall will be in the Grand Hyatt Kauai Ballroom foyer area located in the conference center of the hotel. It will be open for setup on Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 1pm-4pm. Please have exhibit/display set, and boxes stored/disposed of, by 630 am on Monday, July 26, 2010, when the exhibit hall opens to all the attendees. Material can be stored in an adjacent meeting room (exact room TBD).
Tables will be assigned in advance and marked accordingly in the exhibit hall. You are welcome to leave displays and materials up overnight as the ballroom will be secured when the conference sessions adjourn.

Although the exhibit hall is open throughout the day, please note that traffic will be light while attendees are in session. We do encourage exhibit staff to be readily available, particularly, the hour before sessions begin in the morning, during lunch, and at AM breaks.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for the following and are the responsibility of the exhibitor:
- Storage of boxes or displays at the hotel
- Transport of displays to the conference room
- Special electrical or internet access
- Any other special requests for audio/visual

Please note that express mail/shipping to Hawaii is a minimum of 2 full business days from the mainland (even if mailing Next Day Air). The Grand Hyatt charges a $5.00 per box storage fee for all materials received and/or a charge for delivering boxes to the exhibit hall when requested. These fees can be charged to your room or to a master company account. We recommend that you make shipments no later than Wednesday July 21, 2010 for arrival by Friday July 23, 2010.
Shipping Instructions from Hotel
Exhibitors are free to disassemble displays on any day, however, we ask that you pack materials while attendees are in session, or at the end of the day's sessions, so that boxes & materials do not pose a hazard to the attendees while they are in the exhibit hall. Also, as a courtesy to the other exhibitors, it is important to keep the exhibit hall traffic flowing and that all display tables are easily accessible to the attendees. Please refer to the program agenda to determine the appropriate timing.
Please be sure to bring extra packing slips, packing tape and any material needed to package your materials to ship out. The hotel's business center will provide shipping forms onsite that need to be completed and attached to your box(es). When ready, please contact a bellman for pickup and delivery to the business center. Please note that material picked up on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday.
