The UPDATE IN ORTHOPAEDICS 2010 Conference extends a warm welcome. We are pleased to offer this 5-day course at these extremely affordable rates.

Conference Check-in
- For all Kaiser Permanente Clinicians: Please bring your official Kaiser Permanente ID badge.
- For non-Permanente: Please bring a photo ID and a conference badge will be issued to you.
- Check in location and times will be advised.
Course Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via post, fax or e-mail.
- Refund process can take 3-4 weeks. A full refund, less a $50 fee applies for all cancellations received prior to July 5, 2010. After this date, all fees are nonrefundable.
- The administrative fee is nonrefundable.
