Conference Check-in

  • For all Kaiser Permanente Clinicians: Please bring your official Kaiser Permanente ID badge.
  • For non-Permanente: Please bring a photo ID and a conference badge will be issued to you.
  • Check in location and times will be advised.

Course Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via post, fax or e-mail.
  • Refund process can take 3-4 weeks.
  • A full refund, less a $50 fee applies for all cancellations received prior to June 29, 2012. After this date, all fees are nonrefundable.
  • The administrative fee is nonrefundable.
